揺れ出した戦火を浴びて

Like the people who disappear

消え行く人々のように
kie yuku hitobito no you ni
Under the showers of the overflowing fires of war

あなたもまた　去ってゆくのか?
anata mo mata satte yuku no ka
Will you, also, depart once again?


幻を掠め　散り行く花びらは月を殺め
maboroshi wo kasume chiriyuku hanabira wa tsuki wo ayame
The falling flower petals, flitting across an illusion, hurt the moon

瞬く闇に空は愛を失った
matataku yami ni sora wa ai wo ushinatta
And the sky lost love to the flickering darkness


立ち籠める　火薬の香り
tachikomeru kayaku no kaori
The smell of gunpowder that hangs in the air

二度とは戻れない恐怖
nidoto wa modorenai kyoufu
The fear that cannot ever return

押し殺して　神に祈った
oshikoroshite kami ni inotta
I stifled it and prayed to the god


なぜこの炎はあなたを隠すのか?抱きしめたい
naze kono honoo wa anata wo kakusu no ka dakishimetai
Why do these flames hide you? I wish to embrace you

例えそれが幻だとしても
tatoe sore ga maboroshi dato shitemo
Even if it is but an illusion


魂をのせて　散り行く花びらは月を殺め
tamashii wo nosete chiriyuku hanabira wa tsuki wo ayame
The falling flower petals, carrying souls, hurt the sun

争いの系譜　重ねてゆく　
arasoi no keifu kasanete yuku
And the pedigree of strife goes on repeating itself
